| Abstrakt: | Problems of diagnosis of the closed pancreatic injury (CPI) in combined trauma are discussed. The CPI peculiarity in closed combined trauma is the absence of pathognomonic symptoms. Rational application of instrumental diagnostic methods permits to diagnose CPI in combined trauma. |
