| Abstrakt: | Several gynecological problems are occasionally found at laparoscopy. These include pelvic endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, blocked fallopian tubes, tubal pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cysts, and uterine fibroids. Most can be handled endoscopically, with the laparoscope inserted through an umbilical incision, although an open laparotomy may sometimes be necessary. |
