| Abstrakt: | A case of brucellosis pericarditis is described in a patient presenting with undulant fever, arthralgias, myalgias, weight loss, and anemia. Two cultures of blood showed growth of Brucella abortus. The patient had no retrosternal pain, but stethoscopy of the heart revealed a murmur and pericarditis was echocardiographically diagnosed. |
