[Skin necrosis of the penis due to strangulation to which mesh skin grafting was performed: a case report].

Abstrakt:	A 79-year-old man visited our hospital for strangulation of the penis. There was local infection and necrosis on the penile skin. After debridement of the necrotic tissue and conservative therapy, we performed mesh skin grafting. Skin epithelialization was good after operation.
