Abstrakt: Several cardiorespiratory diseases can complicate human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Primary pulmonary hypertension is a rare clinical disorder with a poor prognosis. We describe this syndrome in four HIV- positive patients who were examined in our hospital.
