Abstrakt: Tosillectomy or palatine tonsils removal was by far as the very middle of the twenty century the commonest surgery in childhood, but owing to the abstinence behavior in past decades this operation has dropped considerabily and in consequence numerous grown up presents frequently tonsillar pathology requiring its removal in middle adult life.
