Abstrakt: The echinococcal immunosuppression induced in experimental mice by a human parasite strain is accompanied by immunosuppression, whereby the administration of immunomodulants favors normalization of the cell and humoral immunity chains. Among a series of preparations studied, the best results were obtained for polyoxidonium: in the case of immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphan, polyoxidonium administration led normalization of the cell and humoral immunity and the phagocytosis of neutrophils and macrophages.
