Abstrakt: The management of failed probing for congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction is given by a panel of authors. Treatment options examined are repeat probing, inferiorturbinate infracture, closed lacrimal intubation and dacryocystorhinostomy. There is considerable variation as to the timing of these interventional techniques.
