Abstrakt: The aim of the study was to determine a complex of clinical and biological factors capable to serve as criteria for early prognosis of attack-like progredient schizophrenia course. Three hundred patients with attack-like progredient schizophrenia comprised two groups--with poor outcome and with favorable one. Clinical features of the disease at its early stage, premorbid peculiarities, family history, organism reactivity (type of higher nervous activity, type of familial biochemical polymorphism, immunogenetic features) were studied. Multifactor mathematical analysis enabled to determine and to present a contribution of each factor to the disease prognosis as a quantitative index (prognostic coefficient) and to design an appropriate prognostic table that allows practitioners to determine a disease course prognosis with higher probability.
