| Abstrakt: | The results of surgical treatment of 339 patients with an acute ileus (AI) were analyzed. Severe disorders of water-electrolytic, protein metabolism and immune status in 62 patients were revealed. Method of treatment of functional postoperative AI with application of serotonin adipinate was proposed. |
