| Abstrakt: | Objective/methods: A 57 year-old male patient with a very pigmented tumor of the margin of the upper lid and two months of evolution is presented. After its excision and histopathological study, the diagnose was nodular melanoma. Results/conclusions: We expose the treatment and clinical management of this unfrequent pathology. Different clinical features and other locations in the eyelid are discussed regarding the prognosis. |
