| Abstrakt: |
A technique is submitted of separation of blood serum into constituent fractions with subsequent assaying of cytolytic activity (toxicity) of each of the blood substances relative to autologous leukocytes. The elaborated techniques for the study into toxicity permits not only ascertaining the presence of toxicosis together with degree of its severity but also gives the clinician an opportunity to individualize the multicomponent detoxicating therapy indications. |
