Abstrakt: Lymphocyte subpopulations in both human cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood were identified and compared by rosette techniques. In patients without neuroaxial disease, the percent distribution of Fc receptor and T-lymphocytes reflected peripheral blood values, although there was a significantly higher percentage of T cells in normal CSF. Alterations in lymphocyte cerebrospinal fluid populations were observed in various systemic and neurologic diseases.
