Different variants of omentoduodeno- and omentogastroplasty were applied in 69 patients during performance of gastric resection, perforative ulcer excision for the peritonitis dissemination prophylaxis. In 18 patients was used the polychlorvinyl drain, newly constructed by the authors. In 124 patients gastric resection according to Haberer with an oblique gastroduodenoanastomosis formation, the Treitz ligament dissection and duodenojejunal flexure descending were performed for the peritonitis dissemination prophylaxis. |
