| Abstrakt: | Abstract: In the literary reception of Adam Mickiewiczʼs Pan Tadeusz (1834) there is an ongoing dispute over its idyllic elements. More important than certain idyllic motives seems the fact that Romanticism definitively transformed the idyll from a genre into a chronotope. This transformation - in a certain way the end of the idyllic genre - is the actual prerequisite for particular romantic topoi and also for the poetological structure of Pan Tadeusz itself. |
