| Abstrakt: | Abstract: The changes of content and some chromatographic characteristics and biological activities of natural free cytokinins were studied during the vegetation season in the growing apices of apple tree shoots. Biological cytokinin activity was discovered in two groups of compounds differing in the time of their biological actions. Rf values and in the time of their maximal content in the growing apices. The time of maximal content was in accordance with their biological activity. |
