Abstrakt:	Abstract: The article wants to set forth some text attributes typical for that branch of modrn Czech detective literature in which the norms of the genre are foregorunded (consequently, the recetipion of that type of texts is more complicated). In connection with that the article treis to demosntrate that even so called popular literature can have in the process of a social communication certain "serious" functions.
