Abstract: The article deals with the possibility of increasing the participation success rate in the societal challenges ”HEALTH” and ”ENERGY” of the H2020 programme. The analysis, which employs data from the European Commission database E-CORDA (released on Nov. 22, 2017), is based on the definition of a group of TOPN institutions ([1], [2], [3]) that most frequently participate in the HEALTH or ENERGY projects and have also prepared project proposals in collaboration with the working majority (51%) of all teams participating in the HEALTH or ENERGY projects. Project proposals prepared in collaboration with TOPN teams increase the participation success rate of new member states more than those prepared with teams from old member states. |
