| Abstrakt: | Abstract: An overview of recent activites of the group Synthesis and Characterization of Nanomaterials is given. We briefly summarize general properties of ZnO and explain why one-dimensional semiconductors are useful. We describe the preparation, characterization, and application of graphite Schottky contacts on ZnO Nanorod arrays and propose technological concepts to wxplain fundamental phenomena occurring in nanoscale contacts on ZnO nanorods. |
