It's still sexual assault

Abstrakt: The Aug. 15 Local Digest item "Police: Man dragged woman into woods" said, "A man dragged a woman into the woods in Reston on Monday afternoon and tried to remove her clothes before fleeing." Later it said, "No sexual assault occurred." How can dragging a woman into the woods and trying to remove her clothes not be considered sexual assault? Perhaps no rape occurred, but forcibly attempting to remove somebody's clothes without their consent is clearly sexual assault. Denying this fact is yet another symptom of our diseased society and perpetuates the rape culture we need to eradicate. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
