Abstrakt:	BioKansas announced Luann Jung as the winner of the Kansas BioGENEius Challenge on Thursday, April 27, 2018 at Aratana Therapeutics. Luann, a senior from Manhattan High School, presented her research project entitled Genomic Indicators for Type II Diabetes, in which she developed novel computational methods that result in faster and more accurate analysis of genetic variants associated with type 2 diabetes.
