FIS™ (NYSE:FIS), the world’s largest provider of banking and payments technology solutions, and a global leader in consulting and outsourcing solutions, today announced second quarter revenue increased 6 percent to $1.60 billion compared to $1.51 billion a year earlier. GAAP net earnings from continuing operations attributable to common stockholders increased to $180 million, or $0.62 per diluted share, from $92 million, or $0.31 per diluted share in the prior year quarter.
