eClinicalWorks®, a leader in ambulatory healthcare IT solutions, today announces that Amarillo Legacy Medical ACO (ALMA), the first Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in the Texas Panhandle, has selected eClinicalWorks Care Coordination Medical Record™ (CCMR) for advancing its ACO objectives, coordinating care across the continuum as well as evaluating population health and quality improvement activities. ALMA is a partnership of more than 100 providers across multiple independent medical practices who deliver care in primary care and multiple specialty settings.
