Green Energy Management Services Holdings, Inc. (GRMS) ("The Company") announced today it signed a five-year water efficiency installation contract with Co-op City, the largest residential development in the United States, located in The Bronx, New York (the "Contract" or "Project"). The Contract entails installing 26 proprietary flow valves in 13 residential buildings within Co-op City. Co-op City currently spends approximately $14 million per year on water and sewer usage.
