The article reports that the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, a public-private partnership on medical care, will offer final certification of health plans through the online resource Washington Healthplanfinder from October 1, 2013. It states that after the approval from Washington's Office of the Insurance Commissioner, the board has certified seven health insurance carriers to offer 35 qualified health plans as on September 4, 2013 along with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. |
