It states that the sector had an 87.7 percent occupancy and increasing by 87.9 percent in 2011 and slipped to 87.8 percent in 2012. The Class A office space has increase only by 18 properties totaling to 2.4 million square feet. It also mentions that sales transactions were the only metric showed improvement in 2012. |
