The article reports that Danaher Corp. has bought Beckman Coulter Inc. to be add to its growing healthcare business in the U.S. It states that Danaher has appointed one of its executives and others to serve on Beckman's board including Daniel Comas, and James Ditkoff as chief financial officer (CFO), and J. Robert Hurley as CEO. H. Lawrence Culp, chief executive officer (CEO) of Danaher, says that they are thrilled to be bringing on what they believe to be an iconic franchise with Beckman. |
