Pace of M&A deals in plastics industries slows, but still strong.

Abstrakt:	The article presents information on slow but strong speed of M&A in plastic industries. As stated by financial firm P&M Corporate Finance LLC, the deals of global plastics M&A fell about 10 percent to 353 in 2011. Observing the plastics deal volume by end market, sector and product segment, the consumers were the best-performing end market which grew by 38 percent. The greatest decline happened in medical sector which saw a 45 percent drop.
