WebTech Wireless Inc (TSX:WEW), a provider of vehicle fleet location-based services and telematics technology, said today that has agreed to support a change in its board of directors with immediate effect.These changes reportedly follow discussions and arrangements with certain shareholders.The company said that it has received resignations from Glen Brownlee, Paul Christie, Dru Narwani and Peter Roberts from the board and has appointed John Gildner and Robert Kittel as directors of the company.Effective immediately, the board of directors will be composed of Scott Edmonds, John Gildner, Andrew Gutman, Robert Kittel and Leonard Metcalfe. Andrew Gutman will be the chair of the new board of directors.The new board has also reconstituted its standing special committee of independent directors to consist of Andrew Gutman, Robert Kittel and John Gildner. |
