The two lead actresses in the Broadway musical ''Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark,'' who muddled through months of backstage drama and script changes last winter, will leave the show in November when their contracts expire, the producers said on Friday. Jennifer Damiano, who plays the romantic lead Mary Jane Watson, will give her final performance on Nov. 6 and be replaced by Rebecca Faulkenberry, who recently made her Broadway debut in ''Rock of Ages.'' Ms. Damiano, who received a Tony Award nomination in 2009 for ''Next to Normal,'' saw her ''Spider-Man'' role expand considerably during a major overhaul of the musical in April, a bid to appeal to audience members with a love story involving Mary Jane and the main character, Peter Parker.
