ASPREY'S boss John Rigas threw a party last night at his Bond Street emporium for his old friend Taki, pictured above with Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, to celebrate 35 years of his High Life column in The Spectator. Greek businessman Rigas joked that he'd like guests, including Lady Annabel Goldsmith and her son Ben, Claus von Bülow, Helen Macintyre, Charles Moore, William Shawcross, Lady Worcester and Sandra Howard, to contribute to repayments of his country's debt.
