Abstrakt:	An interview with vice president of Albrecht Inc., Jack Juron is presented. When asked about his outlook for retail estate in Northeast Ohio, Juron thinks that their tenant's daily experiences are the best barometer of any economic forecast. Juron says that they are working hard to build space for new tenants, specially in their Campus Drive flex project within the Hudson Drive Business Campus in Stow, Ohio. The company's close ties with the Acme Fresh Market grocery chain is also mentioned.
