Abstrakt: The article focuses on the S-483 bill, or the Vertical GDP bill, passed by New Jersey's legislature that would extend approval periods for vertical developments in the state's highly-urbanized areas. It says that the bill will apply to projects built on sites of less than 100 acres that allocate a minimum of 150,000 square feet for non-residential spaces or 100 residential units. It reveals the concerns of New Jersey stakeholders regarding the terminology in the bill that might result in unintentional consequences to development.
