The article focuses on the plan to create a business climate legislation to be able to cultivate a pro-business environment in South Carolina. The ability of the state to attract Boeing Co. to invest in the area has been considered as one of the major economic development. Moreover, the passing of the compensation reform, tort reform and targeted tax cuts are some of the strategies undertaken to create a healthy business climate. |
