The article offers information on the stock option cases of Broadcom Corp. It reports that the prosecutors are trying to abolish the dismissal of charges against the company's cofounders Henry Samueli and Henry Nicholas. The judge had dismissed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit against them. On the other hand, Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Stolper and his team are accused of threatening Nicholas's young son to testify against his father. |
