An interview with David T. Houston Jr., president of Colliers Houston, is presented. He details the reasons behind the merger of the company with seven other large commercial real estate providers into a new company to be called Cassidy Turley. He mentions that Cassidy Turley will be decentralized to avoid building up a large overhead. He projects that more mergers are likely to occur in the commercial real estate brokerage industry. |
