| Abstrakt: |
The article presents the results of Flash Survey on 2010 Billing Rates conducted by consulting service provider Altman Weil Inc. in November 2009. The survey which polled 688 law firms all over the U.S. with 50 and above lawyers revealed that on an average law firms project to increase billing rate by 3.2% in 2010. The survey found that large law firms with more than 1,000 lawyers expect to raise rate by 4% whereas firms with 50-99 lawyers plan to increase rates by 3%. |
