The article reports on the lawsuit filed by Broadcom Corp. in Irvine, California against Emulex Corp. in Costa Mesa. It says that Broadcom sued Emulex in September 2009 and charged it with infringing on 10 of its patents for chips related to high-speed networking and data storage technologies. Moreover, Emulex Corp. filed back with a lawsuit against Broadcom charging the company's way of doing business with its founders. |
