The article focuses on how companies can properly outsource information technology (IT). Christopher Ambrose of Gartner Inc. said that the search for IT service provider begins after a detailed business strategy is completed and it is determined that outsourcing is the best option. A request for information (RFI) is one way to find potential IT providers, while a network assessment examines the capacity of providers in giving the company's need, thus, making it easier to choose the right one. |
