The article offers information on the 20th "A Conversation With a Living Legend" event of the University of Texas M. D. Anderson on September 18, 2009 wherein guests made their contribution toward cancer efforts. Allie Beth Allman, an event official, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to develop the event and raise money toward cancer. Former U.S. first lady Laura Bush spoke about the need for health education outreach worldwide during the event. It was noted that cancer had an immediate impact on the family of Bush. |
