The article profiles Marya Grier, president of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners. She said women entrepreneurs have accomplished many things but people still do not view them as a viable concept. Her company, Performance Connect, uses a network of specialists to help individuals and companies improve their performance by buffing their leadership and communication skills. She said she will support the group's mission of engaging in networking, partnering, mentoring and political advocacy. |
