The article reports on the joint force campaign of New York Congressional candidate Jon Powers and renowned political dirty trickster Dan Rivera against Jack Davis. It states that Rivera called a news conference about Powers announcing that he had uncovered evidence of fraud in nominating petitions submitted by the Davis campaign. In a letter to district attorney Michael Violante in Niagara Falls, Rivera asked for an investigation on the authenticity of the petition. |
