The article reports on the 2009-2010 Economic Outlook forecast from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management which reveals that recession will longer affect Tucson, Arizona. The report shows that recession will expand into the first half of 2009 which would have the same impact in the mid-1970s and early 1980s in the U.S. University of Arizona president Marshall Vest said that forecast described the start of economic downturn and the government aid to financial innovations. |
