| Abstrakt: |
The author reflects on the relationship between business taxes and the private industry in the state of New Jersey. He explains the state government is currently second in the 2008 State New Economy Index. He also presents the State Business Tax Climate index which placed New Jersey in the 50th position. He emphasizes modifying business tax regulations will result to a loss of $450 million in state revenue. He also concludes the initiative does not guarantee an improvement in the business sector. |
