The article reports on the acquisition of True Games Interactive, a startup maker of online video games, by Indian media and entertainment group UTV Software Communications Ltd. in Santa Ana, California. UTV bought an 80% stake in True Games which worth $10 million. The deal allows True Games to work on developing several games played over the Internet and plans to come up with ideas for games and then tap developers to create them. |
