The article presents the personal opinions of various executives in the development industry who are concerned on the possible repercussions for speaking out publicly about city operations. It is argued that the city of Tucson, Arizona live in bad policies, indecisions and missed economic opportunities and that the signs of urban decay are seen in the city such as abandoned buildings, street people and depopulation. It is claimed that city leaders lack the political grit to pursue development. |
