The authors reflect on the initiative of developing the Project Opening Doors (POD) which aims to improve not only the student's academic skills and the social skills in the workplace in Connecticut. They appreciate the collaborative effort made between the public and private sectors in helping students improve their skills in math, science and English through POD. They believe that POD help enhance the country's educational system and produce intelligent and socially well-trained graduates. |
