Abstrakt:	The article reports on the strategic partnership between Russell Reid, a waste management firm in Keasbey, New Jersey, and Converted Organics Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts. The agreement intends to collect and convert food waste gathered from Russell Reid's food service clients. It states that Converted Organics makes soil fertilizers from recycled food wastes and is building a food recycling plant in Woodbridge, Virginia which is scheduled to open in the summer of 2008.
