The article reports that the estate of Laurance Rockefeller transferred the stock in the Woodstock Resort Corp. over to the nonprofit The Woodstock Foundation. The transfer was a transfer in ownership only and there will be no operational changes in management. The resort will continue to operate as a for-profit entity and will remain on the Woodstock tax rolls. |
