| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on Sweden's Sex Purchase Law that legalizes sex selling and illegalizes sex buying therefore prosecuting the client and considering the prostitute as an exploited victim. The law serves as a radical approach to prostitution and was ridiculed nine years ago. Now, after hearing prostitution scandals, the said law is being emulated in prostitution and sex trade laws of other European countries. |
